Rule enforcement :)

So Lisa and I have devised a way to enforce one of the rules that Lisa has for the house. We were only given two keys for the apartment (one for each one of us) and so as a way to never lose our key (like one of our friends here did), I have put to use my newest toy that I picked up in Los Angeles. It is one of those old school fake gum shockers!
Whenever someone forgets to put the key back in its spot, they have to succumb to the gum shocker. ( I know, we are somewhat messed up people. How did two people like us ever find each other!)

Here you can see that darling Lisa forgot to put her key away one day! (Needless to say, I have also forgotten once since this rule was established! Ha-ha. The worst part of it is the anticipation of the coming shock. It's just a little jolt, nothing serious at all, but still always surprising.

The weather here has FINALLY cooled off as spotty showers have come and gone. It hadn't rained at all prior to last night. It feels really nice now. Around 70's, and with a cool wind. I suppose winter is coming? I don't know how much a fall they have here. I will have to look into that.

Tommorow we have to go to the doctor's to get our physical examination, bloodwork and all that. They even do an ultrasound on guys! We have to see if we packed our medical stuff and if they will accept it and forgo some of the tests. We have to cancel one of our classes to go tomorrow morning, but will then have to make it up at some point. I hope that everyone is doing well! Love, -Shane and Lisa
